The Angel Of Death.

In the book of Exodus, God rained down 10 plagues upon the Pharoah and the Egyptians as punishment for keeping the Israelites in captivity.

The Nile River was turned to blood. Frogs poured out of the rivers, and lice crawled out of the dust. Flies, locusts, and pestilence wiped out their cattle and crops. Boils ravaged their skin, and hail fell from the sky. A plague of darkness swept over them that was described to be so dark it could be felt.

The final plague was Judgement and the ‘destroyers plague’.

The Israelites were instructed to stay in their homes and follow the instructions of God, painting their doors with the blood of the lamb for protection.

The Angel Of Death did not discriminate between the rich and the poor, killing off the first-born sons in every family, including the Pharaohs.

When the wails came up from almost every home in Egypt, the Pharoah allowed Moses to lead the Israelites out of centuries of submission.

Today, with a few clicks on a device, one finds that we are suddenly facing many of the plagues that God sent down upon the Pharoah and his people long ago.

Swarms of locusts devour fields of grain across Africa, livestock plagues such as Swine Flu and H7N9 run rampant, huge storms are occurring worldwide, we are being instructed to stay in our homes due to a virus epidemic, and a plague of fear has gripped society worldwide.

The Angel Of Death bears a new name; Coronavirus. 

History has a weird way of repeating itself, especially for those who ignore it.

The actual name Coronavirus comes from the Latin term ‘Corona’, meaning ‘Crown’, or ‘Halo’.

When a baby is being born through the birth canal, it is referred to as ‘crowning’.

If you subscribe to the reincarnation theory, every birth is a but a rebirth of our old souls into a new body, and every death is a rebirth to the next life.

This is a massive time of rebirth for all energies. 

Jobs are ending, pollution is declining, negative situations are coming to a head, mass arrests of elitist criminal networks are occurring, and people are slowly waking up to their own reality.

Men, Women, and children around the world are being freed from a seemingly endless cycle of misery, injustices, and enslavement.

Things are changing for everyone.

Like death, (and taxes), change is something we cannot fight or avoid forever.

We adjust our sails (adaptation), and we move forwards in life.

As we transition from living as 3rd-dimensional beings into higher realms, it’s best to remember our connection with Spirit. We can regain this powerful connection through meditation, ritual, gratitude, love, and giving.

The beginning of April is a powerful time on Earth. Spring Equinox has passed us and the days are becoming longer. Nature is reclaiming herself after a long period of hibernation. It is a powerful time for magick and spellwork.

Many monotheistic religions celebrate meaningful holidays throughout the month of April, including Easter, Passover, and Ramadan.

Harry S. Truman enacted the Marshall Plan on April 3rd, 1948, assisting Western Europe with billions of dollars in aid to rebuild after World War II.

It’s also widely believed by theologians and researchers that Jesus was crucified on April 3rd. When he died on the cross, darkness came over the land, the earth shook and rocks split.

Jupiter conjunct Pluto on April 4th, three days before the full moon in Libra on April 7th, has the potential to exacerbate feelings of isolation, desperation, and extreme behavior.

This is going to be a very interesting and difficult few weeks ahead of us.

I highly recommend you take this time of pent-up energy and do something creative with it; write shit down, paint something, exercise, find a new hobby, clean your whole house, learn something new, meditate, and be aware.

There is a war going on behind the curtain. 

It’s fought between the forces of light and darkness.

As the dominoes begin to fall, the house of cards begins to topple.

Some of the announcements that will come in the next few months may surprise many and bring absolute horror to others, but it is a necessary part of the healing process that must occur for all of humanity.

What is done in the dark shall be brought to the Light.

Keep yourself and your loved ones safe during these times of turmoil. Be calm, show love and thanks, and give back good energy where you can.

As Benjamin Disraeli said; “I am prepared for the worst, but I hope for the best.”

It’s also interesting to note that Earth Day is on April 22nd. Maybe it’s a good time to thank the ground we stand upon and show gratitude to Terra/Gaia/Third Rock From the Sun.

As I write this blog piece today by an open window in the sun, I can’t help but hear it; the birds are all singing outside.
